REGISTRATION FEES

Deadline for early bird registration at reduced fee = Wed, Jan 02, 2008

All participants = Before deadline 538 € / After 645 €

Residents, Fellows, Paramedics (1) = Before deadline 191 € / After 239 €

Accompanying persons (2) = Before deadline 110 € / After 135 €

(1) MD students under the age of 35 are eligible for the student fee. Student status must be certified by a Head of Department and a copy of a student ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration
(2) This registration fee includes access to opening & closing ceremonies and to a half tour of your choice.

AWARD CEREMONY : Sunday, March 30 - 60 € per person

PAYMENT can be made by

• Bank transfer, (3) a copy of your bank transfer order has to be sent by Fax +33 (0) 497 038 598 or mail to registration@cipp-meeting.com at the CIPP 8 Secretariat

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the CIPP VIII Secretariat and can be made up to January 15, 2008. The refund of registration less a 25% administrative charge, will be made after the congress.

For cancellations made after January 15, 2008, there will be no refund.
