REGISTRATION FEES

Deadline for early bird registration at reduced fee = Mon, Mar 01, 2010

All participants = Before deadline 580 € / After 720 €

Residents, Fellows, Paramedics (1) = Before deadline 205 € / After 275 €

Accompanying persons (2) = Before deadline 110 € / After 145 €

(1) MD students under the age of 35 are eligible for the student fee. Student status must be certified by a Head of Department and a copy of a student ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration
(2) This registration fee includes access to opening & closing ceremonies and to a half-day tour of your choice.

PAYMENT can be made by

• Credit Card on-line (secure payment), only one receipt will be automatically sent to your e-mail address
• Cheque, (3) only in Euros, payable to Mediaxa / CIPP to be returned to CIPP IX Secretariat – 27 Rue Masséna – 06000 Nice – France
• Bank transfer, (3) a copy of your bank transfer order has to be sent by Fax +33 (0) 497 038 598 or mail to registration@cipp-meeting.com at the CIPP IX Secretariat

(3)Please include a copy of your registration form. A receipt will be sent by e-mail if payment is accepted

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the CIPP IX Secretariat and can be made up to April 15, 2010. The refund of registration less a 25% administrative charge, will be made after the congress.

For cancellations made after April 15, 2010, there will be no refund.
